A huge thanks to Laura for absaloutly smashing her target and raising a very impressive amount for some of the worlds poorest mothers and children.
Asim - London to Paris in 24 hours
Asim left Tower Bridge in London on the 23rd of September at 4pm and will arrived in Paris 24 hours later. A keen cyclist, Asim has so far raised £1,260 for MCAI! His wife, Khadijah is in charge of fundraising for the event and says "We decided to support MCAI as we wanted to raise funds for a maternal healthcare charity, having experienced the benefits of excellent maternal care in this country, which lead to a sad realisation that such healthcare is not available universally" You can still donate by visiting Asim's justgiving page to sponsor this family of cycling enthusiasts!
