Get cycling for MCAI

If you already cycle to work or for fun but fancy an extra challenge then you could start training to take part in a cycling challenge for MCAI.

The London - Paris Cycle Ride

Why not follow in Hesham Abdulla's footsteps and cycle from one of the world's most iconic cities to another. This route takes you through a mixture of cosmopolitan city scape to the rural French countryside with a million and one things to see along the way.  Cycle through Cuba

Date: 2nd November - 11th November 2012

Location: Starting at Cuban captial, Havana

Distance: 350k

This 10 day cycle leads you from the capital Havana and takes you 350k further to the Caribean Sea! With a whole range of sites from monuments of Che Guevera to buildings that have remained untouched for more than half a century. It's a long way to cycle, and by no means an easy challenge but you'll be rewarded by the picturesque views and the knowledge that you'll be raising money that saves lives.
